Delcath Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock and Warrants

(NASDAQ: DCTH) (the "Company"), an interventional oncology company focused on treatments for primary and metastatic liver cancers, today announced that it intends to offer shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase shares of common stock in an underwritten public offering.  The completion of the offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. 

Roth Capital Partners is acting as the sole manager for the offering.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering (including any resulting from the exercise of the warrants, if any) for general corporate purposes, including, but not limited to, funding of its clinical trials, commercialization of its products, obtaining regulatory approvals, research, capital expenditures and working capital.
