Deloitte Achieves Orange-Level Relativity Best in Service Status for Third Consecutive Year
NEW YORK, Oct. 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Deloitte Discovery recently achieved kCura's Orange-level Relativity Best in Service recognition for outstanding and exceptional customer service for Relativity end users for the third consecutive year.
Orange-level certification is a result of Deloitte's commitment to providing an excellent Relativity experience for its clients. Deloitte Discovery's experienced team across 24 global data centers includes more than 150 Relativity-certified professionals who help clients effectively manage complex matters and large Relativity environments.

Additionally, Best in Service partners meet a set of requirements pertaining to hosting partner duration, size of Relativity installations and core Relativity certifications.
kCura has two designations for Best in Service data centers: Orange and Blue. While both designate data centers that provide a quality Relativity experience, Orange-level sites have made additional investments in people, process and technology to manage installations with above-average user counts — all while maintaining the high standards of Best in Service.
