TENINGEN, Germany, July 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Delta will feature two new products at the upcoming Intersolar NA show. The first is the SOLIVIA Monitor system comprised of a gateway, database, and web application that allows a complete monitoring solution of one or many solar PV systems. The second is a 250 kW large-scale central inverter, suitable for behind-the-fence applications.
SOLIVIA Monitor – The new Monitoring Solution from Delta
Delta will showcase its own monitoring solution – SOLIVIA Monitor – compatible with North American, European, and Asia-Pacific SOLIVIA String Inverter Models from Delta. An easy-to-use online portal especially designed for installers and end customers is offered free of charge for the first two years.
Continuous monitoring of a residential PV solar system can be realized anywhere there is internet access. Real-time and historical data reports can be created and downloaded to a computer. Enhanced features include display of the user's site photos, local weather data, and environmental savings. Installers will appreciate the ability of SOLIVIA Monitor to manage customers' plants. Automated alerts inform the operator of potential problems and maximize the return on the solar investment.
SOLIVIA CL 250 – The new 250 kW central inverter
SOLIVIA central inverters are based on technologically sophisticated drive technology that make them a perfect match for industrial PV environments.
The brand new utility-scale SOLIVIA CL 250 central inverters have a nominal power output of 250 kW, include a high efficiency of 98.0% when measured without a transformer, and are compatible with all types of solar modules. The easily accessible components in the central inverter cabinet make maintenance simple.
