Delta Data Software Announces a Strategic Growth Equity Partnership with Accel-KKR

COLUMBUS, Ga., Sept. 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Delta Data Software, the industry leader in Mutual Fund Trading, Data Management, Revenue/Expense Management, Compliance, and Analytics, today announced that it has closed a growth equity investment by Accel-KKR.  This minority investment, the company's first institutional round, will enable Delta Data to accelerate its growth, further expand its industry-leading product portfolio, and improve service for its existing customer base. Terms of the investment were not disclosed.

As a part of the investment, Greg Williams, Managing Director at Accel-KKR, and David Cusimano, Vice President at Accel-KKR, will join the Board of Directors.  Greg Williams cited the management team, leading market position, and strong product portfolio as key factors in Accel-KKR's decision to partner with Delta Data.
