Customers of the combined company will have access to a broader array of products and services together with proprietary sales technology that adds convenience for customers while significantly reducing the combined company's cost of sales. The combined company is led by Gregg Rivkind. Alan Grogan, who will remain with the company as Executive Vice President of the combined business, is a highly respected 40 year veteran of the healthcare distribution industry. Paul Kaliner, former CEO and President of Delaware Valley Surgical Supply, sits on the Board of Directors of the company.
