DocuWare Grows Nine-Month Earnings by 30 Percent

NEW WINDSOR, N.Y., Oct. 12, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- DocuWare, a leading developer of document management and workflow automation solutions, closed the quarter ending September 30 with growth of 30 percent over the same period last year (January – September). The primary driver of this success was the volume of new cloud customers. The company's cloud growth continues to accelerate, with 26 percent more cloud customers after nine months than in the whole of 2016.

Through the first three quarters of this year, DocuWare generated global revenue of 36 million euros. Compared with the first nine months of last year, this represents an increase of 30 percent. This growth is further evidence of DocuWare's recognized solution value and product leadership in document management and workflow automation.

This explosive growth was evenly shared across the world. By the end of the third quarter, DocuWare generated 48 percent of sales in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), while the North and Latin American markets contributed 52 percent. Particularly noteworthy is the growth in Europe: the United Kingdom grew 86 percent, France grew 66 percent and Germany grew 49 percent.

46 Percent of New Customers Choose DocuWare Cloud in 2017

Increasingly, companies across all industries are opting for the cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) model.
