Dream to Reality: Lawyer Risks All to Be Paradise Hunter TV Host

MIAMI, Dec. 10, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- When most people are playing it safe, Carolyn Zegeer has put her career on the line.  She left her job as an attorney for a shot at her dream: to host an international travel show.  With no money and little experience, Carolyn began to host local television, write scripts and research international destinations.  After months of working in the industry, she heard about the Paradise Hunter TV Host Competition.

Carolyn was selected as a semi-finalist out of 700 applicants.  With 33,000 votes, she is currently ranked #1 in the international competition. Her video has been shared 6,000 times on Facebook and viewed 33,000 times on YouTube.  She is quickly becoming a social media sensation. Growing up, Carolyn spent summers visiting family in Puerto Rico; she recalls playing on mountainsides and exploring caves. A self-described adventure junkie who is as comfortable jumping out of an airplane as she is in a courtroom, Carolyn is ready for her next adventure, Paradise Hunter.
