TROY, Mich., June 28, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Dynamic Rehabilitation is hoping this will be a summer of home runs through a charitable fund-raising drive for the The Children's Center (of Wayne County).
Launching on June 19 and running through September 2, Dynamic Rehabilitation, led by President, Jeff Wayne, will be donating $100 to The Children's Center for every Detroit Tiger home run hit to right field in Comerica Park. To help make this a summer of memorable fun, Dynamic Rehabilitation will also be providing (6) tickets and food vouchers to various Detroit Tiger home games throughout the dates of this campaign.
"The Children's Center has a great longstanding tradition of making a special difference in the lives of families and children throughout Detroit and Wayne County. I have seen the specialized care and commitment they give to every child and family, and it has made a profound impression on me," said Jeff Wayne, President of Dynamic Rehabilitation.
"This is why Dynamic Rehabilitation and my family decided to actively contribute by donating our time, funds, Detroit Tiger tickets, and publicly asking our community to join us in helping support a great organization. Their mission of developing strong children and successful families helps establish a strong future for our city and state,"
To help build awareness and increase donations to support The Children's Center, Jeff Wayne and his children will be appearing in a: 30 PSA Television and web spot, recently shot at Comerica Park, promoting The Children's Center and asking people to text in a donation to 90947 GIVENOW.
According to Debora Matthews, Chief Executive Officer for The Children's Center, "We are so fortunate to have wonderful partners like Dynamic Rehabilitation. Without the support of our community we could not provide mental health services for the 7,000 youth and families we serve on an annual basis. Together, we can knock the ball out of the park for children."
