Encoda, LLC Announces New CEO with Appointment of Veteran Healthcare IT Executive Michael Kallish

PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa., Jan. 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Encoda, LLC announced today that veteran healthcare IT executive Michael Kallish has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer. Kallish brings with him more than 25 years experience in leading health IT companies through rapid growth, product innovation, and industry-leading customer satisfaction. Company co-founder and former CEO William (Bill) Cox will assume the role of President and Chief Technology Officer. Kallish helped lead MPV through a period of dynamic organic and inorganic growth, including MPV's acquisition by UK-based Experian in 2011. Prior to MPV, Kallish held senior management positions at leading physician practice management and billing software companies such as WebMD Practice Services and Medical Manager Corp. (both now part of the Greenway Medical Technologies/Vitera organization).
