The Charity Network will officially unify Chideo, which Wagner founded in 2014, Charitybuzz, and Prizeo, both of which Wagner acquired in 2015, as part of his ongoing mission to centralize and modernize the charitable giving space. Chideo, Charitybuzz, and Prizeo will continue to serve as consumer-facing platforms, while the Charity Network will serve as the parent company overseeing topline strategy for fundraising campaigns.
