Evergreen Consumer Brands Acquires EarthScents Natural Products Brand

BRAMPTON, Ontario and MALIBU, Calif., March 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Evergreen Consumer Brands (ECB) and EarthScents Natural Products announced today they have entered into a definitive agreement where ECB has purchased EarthScents.  EarthScents will retain its distinctive brand and focus on natural product offerings.
