(NYSE: FPI) (the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1275 per share to be paid on January 15, 2016 to stockholders of record at the close of business on January 4, 2016. The annualized dividend of $0.51 per share represents a 4.58% yield based on the closing price of the Company's common stock on November 20, 2015.
