Farmland Partners Inc. to Transfer Listing of Its Common Stock to the New York Stock Exchange
DENVER, Sept. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Farmland Partners Inc. (the "Company") today announced the pending transfer of the listing of its common stock from the NYSE MKT to the New York Stock Exchange (the "NYSE"). The Company anticipates that its common stock will begin trading on the NYSE on September 8, 2015 under its current ticker symbol "FPI". Until the transfer is completed, the Company's common stock will continue to trade on the NYSE MKT.
