HONG KONG, July 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- There is an amazing network service being provided by DinoDirect, FBDD, and it is bringing amazing results to Osell.
A spokesman for DinoDirect has given more details of this innovative feature. In this, the IT services, quality assurance, multinational logistics, warehousing as well as data processing services are integrated together seamlessly.
Employees at DinoDirect claim that FBDD has been a real help to them. Now the sales department is able to focus on its core work of sales and marketing, and the purchase department is able to work only on its own core area. FBDD means that procurement and sales are on their way towards improvement. Ordering is being perfected, enhancing sales and profits for Osell. The perfect multinational warehousing as well as delivery solutions are being provided by FBDD in order to provide a seamless working process.
FBDD is comprised of various divisions. It has a production department that contains the IT department, product information as well as warehousing sorting. Next is the customer service division of FBDD. This includes the service management department along with the product sales department. This division is directly related to the sales department.
It is the IT centre that is responsible for keeping FBDD up and running. This means that the upkeep and maintenance of this network is the job of the IT centre, meaning other departments are able to focus on their own work. The job of the product information department is to discover the most popular item on the website. Next, it will be translating that product data. The most important department here would be the warehousing sorting division. This is the core business of Osell. Out here, the product receiving, quality control as well as final shipment picking is done. This has to be done in the right manner as it forms the core of DinoDirect's business. Once all this has been taken care of by FBDD, the customer service manager is free to take care of order tracking, customer interaction as well as taking care of feedback and complaints. All this leads to customized service as well as enhanced customer experience and a satisfied customer.
