Fidelity National Home Warranty (FNHW) Forms Strategic Partnership with CRES Insurance

CONCORD, Calif., March 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Fidelity National Home Warranty (FNHW), a California based Home Warranty Company, announced today that it has formed a strategic alliance with CRES Insurance, LLC, a leader in protecting the real estate industry with risk management services and insurance solutions.  The alliance will allow FNHW to offer a 13 Month Home Warranty to CRES insured offices and individual licensees.   Under the new CRES Advantage 13 Month Home Warranty Plan, CRES members qualify for Seller's E&O Coverage via the Seller's Protection Plan (SPP) which provides coverage up to 180 days after close of escrow. The plan also includes an Optional Structural Coverage/Waiver which offers up to $10,000 to repair or replace failed structural components of the home – a great risk management tool.  Certain states and restrictions may apply. Seller's E&O coverage is arranged by the members of the Real Estate Agents Alliance Purchasing Group (REAAPG). The CRES version of the FNHW warranty is the only one by FNHW that qualifies for these benefits.
