OAK BROOK, Ill., Dec. 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Retail Properties of America, Inc. announced today it has signed a new 3,000 square feet lease with Firehouse Subs at Tollgate Marketplace in Bel Air, Maryland.
Firehouse Subs is a fast-casual food restaurant chain that specializes in hot subs with meats and cheeses which are "steamed" for a unique flavor. Founded in 1994 in Jacksonville, Florida by former firefighters, Firehouse Subs now has more than 1,000 store locations across the U.S., Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico and the Bahamas.
Tollgate Marketplace is a busy power center located at the intersection of Route 24 and Route 1, across from Hartford Mall, in downtown Bel Air. Tenants include Ulta, TJ Maxx, Ashley Furniture and other national retailers. Recently, the property has undergone various upgrades and capital improvements which have enhanced tenant sightlines and consumer appeal.
