FOSS Adds OenoFOSS Service Option With Gusmer Enterprises

Gusmer now both sells and services the OenoFoss (TM), a revolutionary analytical instrument for winemakers of all sizes. As a FOSS Certified Service Provider, Gusmer will distribute the OenoFoss and stock replacement parts for U.S. and Canada customers, as well as offer regular maintenance and unscheduled service support.

OenoFoss is FOSS's newest addition to its wine-related analytical solutions offerings. Equipped with the key calibrations pre-loaded, OenoFoss is a simple-to-use instrument that measures main quality parameters of grape must, must under fermentation and wine from a single drop of a single sample. Depending upon the calibration package purchased, the system will measure up to seven parameters among: sugar, pH, total acidity, glucose+fructose, malic acid, ethanol, volatile acidity, NOPA/YAN and color.
