NEW YORK, April 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Investcorp, a leading provider and manager of alternative investment products and Freeman Spogli & Co., a leading private equity firm investing exclusively in the consumer and distribution sectors, announced today that they have entered into a definitive agreement to acquire totes>>Isotoner Corporation, the world's leading designer, marketer and distributor of functional accessories in the rain, cold weather and footwear categories. The Company was purchased from MidOcean Partners and Bruckmann Rosser Sherrill & Co. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
