GC Aesthetics Raises $20 Million in Series D Financing

Funding will Drive Accelerated Growth for Global Breast Implant Manufacturer 

GC Aesthetics (http://www.gcaesthetics.com), a leading global breast implants company, today announced the completion of a $20 million Series D financing round. The financing included participation from existing investors Montreux Equity Partners, Oyster Capital, and Barry's Tea Holdings.

GC Aesthetics will use the proceeds from this financing to accelerate growth to achieve its vision to become the leading breast implant company selling outside of the United States. It will continues to expand its commercial operations, launch its leading sixth generation product IMPLEO globally, invest in product innovation, and further improve customer service.

GC Aesthetics, the parent company of UK-based Nagor (http://www.nagor.com) and France-based Eurosilicone (http://www.eurosilicone.com), produces more than 325,000 implants annually, which are marketed in over 75 countries. The company employs around 400 people globally. Last year, GC Aesthetics grew its customer base by over 60% and experienced strong growth globally.
