Genpact Appoints New Representative Director Japan to Strengthen Digital Business

TOKYO, Oct. 8, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Genpact Japan K.K. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), the Japanese subsidiary of Genpact (NYSE: G), a global professional services firm focused on delivering digital transformation, today announced that it has appointed Junichi Tanaka as the new Representative Director Japan to strengthen Genpact's digital transformation business in the Japan market. The appointment is effective immediately.

Prior to joining Genpact Japan K.K., Tanaka was partner, Digital Labor and Transformation Lead at KPMG Consulting Co., Ltd., where he focused on assisting clients in achieving their business transformation goals using next-generation technologies such as RPA and AI. He has been also an active speaker and contributor for promoting the adoption of RPA in Japan in his role as executive director of the Robotic Process Automation Association. Tanaka served as partner at both global and domestic consulting firms in Japan prior to joining KPMG Consulting. He received a bachelor's degree in science and engineering from Waseda University, Tokyo.
