(NYSE: GDDY), the world's largest technology provider dedicated to small businesses, announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 16,500,000 shares of its Class A common stock offered by certain of its existing stockholders at a price to the public of $30.25 per share. In addition, the underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to 2,475,000 additional shares of Class A common stock from certain existing stockholders. GoDaddy will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the selling stockholders.
Existing stockholders selling in the offering include, but are not limited to, entities affiliated with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P., Silver Lake Partners, Technology Crossover Ventures, and YAM Special Holdings, Inc. (formerly known as The Go Daddy Group, Inc.), an entity wholly owned by company founder, Bob Parsons, as well as certain of the Company's officers and other employees.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are acting as lead joint bookrunners for the offering.
