(NASDAQ: GPRO), enabler of some of today's most immersive and engaging content, today announced that it will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2014, ended December 31, 2014, after the market closes on February 5, 2015.

GoPro management will host a conference call and live webcast for analysts and investors on February 5, 2015 at 2 p.m. Pacific Time (5 p.m. Eastern Time) to discuss the Company's financial results.
