Eric Lee Christensen specializes in the practice area of renewable energy. He counsels in all areas of energy and utility law, including renewable project development, contracts, regulatory compliance, electric reliability compliance, Bonneville Power Administration matters, Municipal Law, Complex Litigation, Appellate Litigation, and Business Law. Prior to joining Gordon Thomas Honeywell, Mr. Christensen served as Assistant General Counsel for the Snohomish County PUD in Everett, Washington, and as a trial attorney in the Office of the Solicitor for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in Washington, D.C. He was previously an attorney with the Natural Resources Defense Council and with the Washington, D.C. firm of Steptoe & Johnson.  

Durham C. McCormick, Jr. focuses his practice in the areas of energy project development and related transactions, including project development agreements, joint ownership arrangements, public bidding requirements, consumer owned utility law, municipal and PUD law, transmission agreements, turbine supply agreements, balance of plant contracts, purchase and sale negotiations, leases, easements, commercial borrowing, bond financing, power purchase agreements, and federal and state tax planning and structuring.
