Based in Jupiter, Fla., GoWinging is the brainchild of Founder Robert Jaggers, who conducted interviews and surveys of thousands of men and women on the topic of online dating. A lot of his info was gathered in the field; while living in New York, Jaggers would ask women at bars what they thought about dating using websites and apps.
