Grupo Bursatil Mexicano Selects Tervela for Messaging Infrastructure

NEW YORK, Nov. 15, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Grupo Bursatil Mexicano (GBM), S.A. de C.V., a leading Mexican international broker-dealer, has selected Tervela's hardware-accelerated messaging system to replace its legacy messaging middleware. GBM controls a significant portion of the order volume for the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, Mexico's only stock exchange and second largest stock exchange in Latin America.  

The Tervela product line – TMX-500 Message Switch, TPE-500 Persistence Engine, and TPM Provisioning and Management System – will support numerous GBM application-based messaging functions including FIX protocol, web-based applications and trading networks.  GBM has multiple offices and more than $600 billion dollars of assets under management. Tervela's messaging products will yield improved performance and resiliency.
