Hang w/ Introduces Live Broadcast Digital Tipping

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., Oct. 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Hang w/, the live-streaming social media innovator and subsidiary of MEDL Mobile Holdings ("MEDL") (OTCQB: MEDL), announced that Apple has approved its new technology allowing users to "tip" each other in micro payments on the Hang w/ platform. The tipping mechanism is being rolled out for both iOS and Android users today.

The Hang w/ app connects users through interactive live-streaming video, allowing anyone with an iPhone, iPad, Android device or desktop computer to broadcast live to a potential audience of millions of viewers around the globe.

The new tipping mechanism within the application allows for a user to tip publicly and allow other viewers to see - or to tip privately so that only the broadcaster knows who gave the tip. Tips can be made during a live broadcast in increments of one coin, two coins, ten coins, forty-two coins, or one hundred coins. Coins are valued at approximately $0.10 each, and the recipient keeps the largest percentage. Recipients can then redeem their tips for cash, or use the coins within the Hang w/ platform to purchase Digital Ticketed content, or even re-tip another user.

The platform allows users to monetize their broadcasts via advertising and share in the revenue from ads that are displayed before and after their broadcasts.
