Hanson Research Announces Three Year Warranty for Release-Rate Testing Instruments

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Hanson Research announced today that it has increased the warranty period on its dissolution testing and diffusion testing instruments from one year to three years at no additional cost for all purchases invoiced and shipped during 2016. The 65th Anniversary Warranty program triples the industry average of one year, and in conjunction with Hanson Research's global network of service and support professionals, it provides increased peace of mind and greater security for investments in laboratory equipment.

Hanson Research, founded in 1951, produced the world's first six-vessel dissolution tester in 1969, an innovative, precise and durable design known for its ability to perform reliably after decades in service. "High precision and long term durability have been the hallmarks of our instruments from the beginning," explained Keith Hamman, President of Hanson Research. "Laboratory owners performing release-rate testing for research and development and regulatory compliance need to know their capital investments are fully protected."

The 65th Anniversary Warranty program applies to instruments designed and manufactured by Hanson Research at its California facility, including all Vision® series dissolution testers (Classic 6, Elite 8); autosampling solutions (AutoPlus, AutoFill), automated filter changers, and media-preparation solutions (Media-Mate Plus). The three-year warranty applies as well to diffusion-rate testers including 6-cell manual sampling systems and the Vision Microette autosampling solution. The program does not apply to used equipment or components manufactured by third-party providers, which have their own warranties.
