Hanwha SolarOne Files Its 2010 Annual Report on Form 20-F
SHANGHAI, June 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Hanwha SolarOne Co., Ltd. ("Hanwha SolarOne" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: HSOL), a vertically integrated manufacturer of silicon ingots, wafers and photovoltaic ("PV") cells and modules in China, today announced that it filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2010 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 3, 2011. The annual report on Form 20-F can be accessed on the Company's investor relations website at http://investors.hanwha-solarone.com/sec.cfm.
Hanwha SolarOne will provide a hard copy of the annual report containing its audited consolidated financial statements, free of charge, to its shareholders and ADS holders upon request.
