To schedule an initial hour-long video consultation with one of Harvey's licensed naturopathic doctors, new clients first create an account at goharvey.com. They then discuss their health history and current concerns with one of Harvey's multi-disciplinary doctors during the first video chat on their computer or smartphone.

If recommended during the initial consultation, Harvey mails clients a customized lab kit to collect samples from the comfort of their home. Harvey's specialty lab tests measure a wide variety of biomarkers including food allergies, hormones, micronutrients, and toxic chemicals and metals—most of which are not readily available to people through their primary care physician. If necessary, Harvey schedules a mobile technician to perform a free, in-home blood draw. After mailing back their completed lab kit, clients can review their clinical lab results with their doctor during a second video call where the doctor addresses each client's unique diagnosis and shares a personalized treatment plan—consisting of dietary adjustments, lifestyle changes and/or natural supplement recommendations.

Harvey has an affordable pricing model for this process. Each initial hour consultation is $150 and follow-up appointments start at $75. Although Harvey's services are not covered by insurance, clients may be able to use their FSA or HSA accounts for payment. By the end of October, Harvey plans to serve clients in every state except Alaska, Florida, New York, South Carolina or Tennessee.
