WILMINGTON, Mass., June 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Heilind Asia Pacific, part of Heilind Electronics Inc., was named a Top 3 Rising Star Distributor by the 14^th Annual Electronic Components Distributor Survey, which is conducted by Electronics Supply & Manufacturing-China.

Survey respondents included 179 senior managers at leading distributors located in China and 2,260 managers and engineers from China's electronics manufacturers. The survey results and awards were presented at ESM-China's annual Supply Chain Forum and Distributor Survey Awards, which were held in Songshan Lake Hi-Tech Park in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China, on May 30. Awards were given in eight categories ranging from Top 10 Local Distributors to Best Logistics to Outstanding Executive of the Year. Heilind Asia Pacific won a Rising Star Award, which is given to companies whose revenue growth is higher than the industry average and has made a breakthrough in the business model and service innovation.
