Hollywood Reel Independent Film Festival 2017 presents: PALPITATIONS OF DUST

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- 15th Hollywood Reel Independent Film Festival (HRIFF) returns to LA LIVE / Staples Center for Feb. 2017 screening their most extensive program to date. Some of the biggest stars in Hollywood have confirmed to attend, including Pierce Brosnan and Sharon Stone.

One of the most innovative and exciting festival discoveries at HRIFF 2017 is "Palpitations Of Dust," an experimental film from director Ann Huang, screening Monday, February 20th, 2017, at 1:00pm, at HRIFF at Regal Cinemas at L.A. LIVE / Staples Center, as part of Shorts Program X20.

Friends' lives become complicated when facing choices of love, friendship, and reciprocity in "Palpitations Of Dust" which presents five surrealist poems in one presentation; to represent the continuous and infinite patterns of a life in dreams (and the dreams' demands of synchronicity).

Everything is hung on a thin string-- from desire to love, to dream, in order to face life's disarrays, and then settle on an unexpected destiny…in this unconventional new film, which is a must see for festival fans of experimental cinema.

"Palpitations Of Dust" is just one part of an amazing line-up of HRIFF films and events that include HRIFF Awards Ceremony featuring Pierce Brosnan, Sharon Stone, William Fichtner, James Hong, Lori Petty, Jonathan Banks, and Steven Weber alongside more filmmakers and stars honored at the 2017 HRIFF Award Ceremony at LA LIVE.
