Under the terms of the alliance agreement, Hubwoo and Crossgate have combined their B2B networks so that enterprises can gain access to hundreds of thousands of active trading partners globally through a single connection.  Hubwoo will utilize the SAP® Information Interchange application by Crossgate as its standard B2B integration technology to deliver "out-of-the-box" connectivity with SAP solutions along with simplifying supplier enablement for both integrated and portal suppliers.  Crossgate will also resell Hubwoo's supplier community and portal infrastructure as part of its supplier enablement and e-Invoicing solution set.

The resulting cloud-based supplier network leverages the best of Hubwoo's collaboration hub and the SAP-qualified B2B integration technologies from Crossgate.
