EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J., Nov. 16, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Hudson Booksellers, a brand unit of travel retailer Hudson Group, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dufry, AG of Basel, Switzerland, has announced its list of the Best Books published in 2010. The Big Short by Michael Lewis was chosen as Book of the Year. One of the titles was actually released in 2009, but didn't see major distribution until 2010, so it was included here.
