Integrated Oncology Network Holdings, LLC and the American Cancer Society's CEOs Against Cancer California Chapter collaborates on the global effort to save lives by leading the "All of Me" Campaign.

The ACS is working with health providers as well as World Cancer Organizations in India to develop educational materials focused on breast cancer and cervical cancer.  The All of Me campaign materials will give girls and women in Delhi and Tamil Nadu the knowledge to stay healthy with a focus on early detection of cervical and breast cancers.  Each year cervical and breast cancer claim more than 138,000 women's lives in India.  India has one-quarter of the world's cervical cancer deaths. 

"We as executives have a responsibility to effect positive change in our companies and communities to live healthier lives.  But I believe that is not enough.  The world is now flat and it is our extended responsibility to leverage our knowledge and expertise to assist others around the world to save lives, and therefore we are embarking upon this collaboration with the American Cancer Society to provide education and pave the way for earlier detection by mandating screening amongst the women of India," said Jeffrey Goffman, Chairman of the CEOs Against Cancer California Chapter.  "I encourage my fellow CEOs to join us in the All of Me Campaign. We can make a difference with education, screening and HPV vaccine."

The CEOs Against Cancer meetings were held recently in Newport Beach and San Francisco.  The American Cancer Society California Division's past chair of the Board, Ujwala Rajgopal, MD, FACS, expressed gratitude for the progress being made in cancer because of corporate support.  "Thanks to the leadership of Jeff Goffman, the CEOs Against Cancer meetings in Northern and Southern California brought together a dynamic group of leaders who are committed to cancer prevention, treatment and control.  Each of these trailblazers is working closely with their employees to find meaningful ways to support the groundbreaking work of the American Cancer Society.
