InterCall Announces Integration with Microsoft Lync Online

CHICAGO, June 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- InterCall, the world's largest conferencing and collaboration services provider, has worked with Microsoft to develop a solution that integrates its award-winning Reservationless-Plus® audio conferencing platform with Microsoft Lync Online. Lync Online is provided in Office 365, Microsoft's next-generation cloud communications service. InterCall, a Microsoft Silver Certified Partner and national systems integrator (NSI), is one of only three providers worldwide to offer integrated audio conferencing with Lync.

The InterCall solution for Microsoft Lync Online delivers:

InterCall will provide tier one and two support to its customers using a dedicated Office 365 team comprised of certified agents skilled in all aspects of the offering. InterCall will also offer end-to-end professional services for Office 365 such as Training and Adoption and Migration Services.

InterCall Training and Adoption Services promote the successful deployment of Office 365 and are designed to accelerate acceptance and use of new applications.
