International Studies Abroad (ISA) Launches Study Abroad Mobile Application for iPhone

AUSTIN, Texas, May 3, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Finding the ideal study abroad experience is now just a download away with the new iPhone application from International Studies Abroad. The app is free to download and works as a searchable digital catalog for all International Studies Abroad programs.

Complete with interactive city maps, program overviews, courses and program costs the app aims to put study abroad in the hands of students everywhere.

"This app is designed to make the decision making process a little bit easier from choosing a program location to length of study. Every option is organized with the touch of a finger," said Dominick Luciano, Senior Director of University Relations and Marketing Manager.

As the first of its kind, the study abroad app gives users an inside look at cities abroad highlighting important geographic features such as cultural landmarks, university campus buildings, shopping centers, pharmacies, transportation routes and more.  

As a leading international education provider, ISA hopes to establish itself in the international education mobile area with this first application. By the end of 2011 ISA plans to launch editions for other popular mobile devices.
