Firm Transitions to Formal ESOP Structure Adding to Record 2016 Performance
MANKATO, Minn., Jan. 12, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- ISG is pleased to announce the recent transition of firm ownership to a 100% employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) as of January 6, 2017. Over 300 employees and their guests attended representing Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin, formally kicking off the new ESOP structure.
