ISG to Deliver Keynotes at IAOP Outsourcing World Summit®
Firm to Take Stage in Two General Session Presentations, One Panel Discussion; Sponsors Programs for Industry and Academic Research, Corporate Responsibility
STAMFORD, Conn., Feb. 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Information Services Group (ISG) (NASDAQ: III), a leading technology insights, market intelligence and advisory services company, said today it will co-deliver two of the keynote addresses at the upcoming 2015 IAOP Outsourcing World Summit®, while also participating as a panel-discussion presenter, exhibitor and sponsor of three separate programs – for industry research, academic research and corporate social responsibility.
More than 800 industry professionals from more than 40 countries are expected to attend the 18th annual event February 16-18 at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix. ISG is joining with leaders from top corporations, government entities, service providers and other organizations to discuss the latest trends and best practices shaping the global sourcing industry, now and in the future.

ISG will be presenting its thought leadership in the following sessions:
- Paul Reynolds, chief research officer of ISG, and Jan Erik Aase, principal consultant, will co-host with IAOP the first annual North American Academic Workshop on Sunday, February 15, an event that brings together academic researchers and industry practitioners to explore significant issues and challenges in the global outsourcing industry.
- Debora Card, partner in ISG's Human Resources practice, will be part of a panel discussion, "Human Capital & Outsourcing: Enhancing Business Performance with Innovative Approaches and Operational Effectiveness," that explores pressing workforce issues such as talent management and acquisition, performance measurement and management, global mobility management, and HR analytics. The educational track session will take place on Monday, February 16, at 2:35 pm.
- Todd Lavieri will co-present, with Jagdish R. Dalal, chief advisor, thought leadership with IAOP, the findings of the IAOP's State of the Industry survey in a general session keynote address at 9:30 am, Tuesday, February 17. Lavieri will offer industry observations and insights to provide additional perspective on the survey findings.
- Anubhav Saxena, president, ISG Managed Services, Research & Data Services, and Engineering Services, will provide a real-world industry perspective on the winning research paper from the ISG co-hosted North American Academic Workshop in a general session keynote address at 11:15 am, Wednesday, February 18. The paper, authored by Aihu Yan, assistant professor, Saint Louis University, explores the influence of capabilities and governance mechanisms on outsourcing performance.
In addition, Lavieri will be co-presenting, along with IAOP CEO Debi Hamill, the third annual IAOP/ISG Global Outsourcing Social Responsibility Impact Award during an awards luncheon on Tuesday, February 17, starting at 12:45 pm. The award will be presented to ISS, a leading global facility services provider.
ISG also will be exhibiting in the "Global Services Mall" on Monday and Tuesday, February 16-17. Participants are invited to stop by the ISG booth, located in space 62, to meet with the firm's representatives to discuss the full range of ISG's research, consulting and managed services capabilities.
Select attendees will be invited to participate in ISG's SIAM 360◦ Experience, an interactive presentation that explores the transformational benefits of service integration and management.
