Jabra Assured Services is comprised of three distinct offerings – Jabra 360 Services™, Jabra Advantage On Demand™ and the Jabra Enterprise Software™ suite – which together create a total end-to-end solution from procurement and deployment support all the way through software-enabled device management for customers deploying audio devices in enterprise or contact center environments.

Jabra offers a premium service package which includes dedicated face-to-face consultation, customized training materials and extensive training resources as well as a contact center package featuring a simplified returns process, an overnight replacement unit service and Jabra's Headset Station Kiosk for on-site asset management. Jabra's value package has many of the same features as the premium package, with online or virtual resources in place of the dedicated, on-site consultation.

Jabra Advantage On Demand allows users to take advantage of new communications and collaboration technology platforms without the big up-front capital expense, costs are no longer an issue. Customers get the technology they need today then pay as they go. All deployment costs--hardware, software and services—are bundled into a single, affordable monthly payment. Customers choose the length of the subscription and payment frequency and Jabra takes care of the rest.
