John Barrett Announces Partnership With Saks Fifth Avenue To Open Fifteen New Salons In Saks Fifth Avenue Stores

NEW YORK, Sept. 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- John Barrett Holdings, LLC. announced they have signed a definitive agreement with Saks Fifth Avenue as their official in-store salon and spa partner in the United States and Canada, opening fifteen new John Barrett salons by the end of 2017.                                                     

John Barrett will begin to take over salon and spa operations in select Saks Fifth Avenue locations commencing this month, and will progressively renovate existing salons and spas, as well as create locations in new Saks Fifth Avenue stores.

John Barrett plans to invest heavily in the infrastructure, equipment and technology for each salon location. The foundation is set to deliver entirely new and singular concepts for the Saks client, including new service menus, spa treatment protocols, luxury retail offerings and plans for a new John Barrett 'fast-beauty' concept in the salon and beyond. John Barrett's plans are to reinvent the luxury salon experience to become the new standard of luxury and care.

John Barrett salons in Saks Fifth Avenue stores will be operated by John Barrett Holdings, LLC. helmed by CEO, Jim Hedges, and Founder and Creative Director John Barrett. Salon design and renovations will be led by Tricarico Architecture and Design. All new locations will be run by staff personally chosen and trained by John Barrett to ensure that each salon retains his warmth, personal touch and meticulous attention to detail.
