Keeping Up With the Bibiyans: Announcing the Prestigious BFPF Award for Social Good
Thomas Allen Bibiyan launches Bibiyan.com Charitable Portal for Social Media Innovators and Causes.
LOS ANGELES, August 10, 2011 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- He's got creativity in his DNA. From the age of twenty one Thomas Allen Bibiyan knew he was going to break in as a mainstream Hollywood producer. Now that he's set his sights on this goal, he's already thinking about what to do with his spare retirement time. Too soon, you might say? Then consider this; before turning thirty he's managed to corral his enormous family to newly launch an International Philanthropic Foundation for causes his grandfather (which the Foundation has been named In Memory Of) deemed valuable. Of Persian-Jewish descent Tom Bibiyan is cut from the same cloth as high profile Iranian Media Magnates of Jaam-e-Jam fame. He sees this recent step as a fulfillment of both his dreams and longstanding passions.

From United States Defense Contractors to International Gold Mining corporations, Mr. Bibiyan has effectively advised companies from a multitude of varying industries with grace and professionalism.

Going forward, Mr. Bibiyan would like to use his free time to further the efforts of the Bibiyan Family Philanthropic Foundation. "If you were to ask me, I'd say the show on cable got the name wrong. It should really be 'Keeping Up With the Bibiyans' seeing as how many of my cousins are out there making good things happen now." It is Mr. Bibiyan's fervent wish that the foundation carry on the legacy of his compassionate grandfather, and the dream he had of active community support for underprivileged youth.
The BFPF Award for Social Good will be awarded annually to Social Media and High Tech companies that manage to leverage the social web and new media to effectively bring about meaningful change via charitable causes or other non-profit means.
