The WiSuite solution features touchscreen-enabled WiStat-SS smart thermostats in all 363 guest rooms connected to the hotel's property management system (PMS) via the WiSuite Intelligent Network (WIN). Hotel operations staff can now remotely manage all guest room HVAC units using algorithms that automatically analyze room sensor and revenue-based occupancy data. Tailored guest comfort strategies
WiSuite collaborated with The Confidante's operations team to define guest comfort templates that optimize the system for unique property characteristics, including sun load, room size and configuration, and specific HVAC equipment profiles. The hotel team can now set room-specific climate strategies to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction throughout the property.

The WiSuite system also helps accelerate response to in-room equipment issues. The platform generates demand warning alerts when HVAC units fail to meet guest demand, enabling The Confidante's engineering team to proactively resolve issues before guests are even aware.
