Lenco Media Inc. and Qtrax, Inc. Announce Distribution and Advertising Agreement

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. and NEW YORK, May 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Lenco Media Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Lenco Mobile Inc. (LNCM),and Qtrax, Inc.(A Division of Brilliant Technologies Corporation; BLLN), announced today that they have concluded a distribution and advertising agreement that will allow users of Lenco Media's RadioLoyalty™ platform, to have easy access to free and legal song downloads from Qtrax.

Lenco Media's RadioLoyalty™ Internet radio platform is used by thousands of Internet radio stations around the world, and reaches a potential audience of more than 33 million unique visitors in the United States according to comScore, Inc., the leading Internet measurement company, and more than 65 million worldwide.

Pursuant to the agreement, songs in the Qtrax library will have a "Download" button that will appear next to that song as it is being played on a station using the RadioLoyalty™ UniversalPlayer™. To download that song, the listener just needs to click the button, and the song will download from the Qtrax service.
