Leslie's Swimming Pool Supplies Acquires Pittsburgh Pool and Spa Chain

PHOENIX and PITTSBURGH, Feb. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Leslie's Poolmart, Inc. (Leslie's), the world's largest pool and spa supplies and services retailer for both residential and commercial customers, is excited to announce the acquisition of the assets of Valley Pool Sales, Inc. (Valley) based in Greater Pittsburgh on January 26, 2018. The acquisition includes the operation of six Valley Pool & Spa stores, ecommerce operations and the related warehouses and corporate office facilities.

Valley Pool & Spa has been serving swimming pool and spa owners in Pittsburgh since 1967 and has been owned and operated by Corinne (Corie) Kraft since 1987. During their fifty year history, Valley's team of passionate employees have consistently provided great value and excellent service to swimming pool and spa customers in the Pittsburgh communities of North Versailles, Monroeville, Greensburg, Charleroi and Washington, with plans to soon open their sixth store in North Hills.
