Local Commercial Real Estate Advisory Company is Expanding

RESTON, Va., July 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Verity Commercial announces three new additions, including a new Principal, to meet the needs of its expanding business.

Joining Verity as a Principal, is senior commercial real estate executive, James H. "Skip" Dawson. Prior to joining Verity, Dawson served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of First Potomac Realty Trust. He brings more than 25 years of experience in local commercial real-estate operations. Dawson was a key player in taking First Potomac Realty public after five years of its inception. During his tenure at First Potomac Realty Trust, the company grew from 14 to 180 employees while generating over 100 million dollars of annual leasing revenue. At Verity, Dawson will provide operational and transactional support.

Also joining Verity is Real Estate Advisor, Sara Fletcher Lough and Marketing Coordinator, Kayla Barclay Hall.

Lough will be focusing on landlord and tenant representation with a specific emphasis on health care clients. Over the last 10 years, Lough has been in the medical industry, primarily selling office furniture to military hospitals and health clinics in the Washington, D.C. area. Lough was consistently one of the top producers for her firm.  

Hall will manage digital media, website, advertising, media relations and brand building. Hall holds a public relations master's degree from George Washington University and has been in the communications industry for over five years, including being Miss Utah America 2008.
