LOS ANGELES, March 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Seeing a need for more choices in the affordable but modern and sophisticated outdoor living category, the design team of Annette Goliti Gutierrez and Mary Gray, co-owners of Potted, are introducing their latest tile table, The Midge.

Showcasing a clean-lined, modern design aesthetic, The Midge was designed to be customizable. "Being tile junkies here at Potted, we wanted to create a fabulous accent table that would appeal not only to our mid-century customers, but also to designers who relish the idea of giving something their own spin," said Annette Goliti Gutierrez. "For that reason we came up with the idea of putting 'pixels' into the table which can be added for a really interesting effect."

Made to withstand the vigor of outdoor use, this versatile table fits any design scheme, from boho-chic to clean modernist. Use it as a showpiece for a small space or combine with lounge furniture for an easy, timeless look. It also works beautifully inside.

Made in the USA of small glass tiles on a clear-coated steel frame, The Midge weighs 27 lbs, stands 18" tall, and has a tabletop diameter of 20". Plastic glides are provided for extra protection. The Midge is available in six solid colors and/or any combination of "pixels" can be added in to create custom looks.

Potted was opened in 2004 as a mecca for design-loving, garden enthusiasts who wanted to shop for the outdoor area of their homes like they do their interiors. Nestled in the Los Feliz/Atwater Village area of Los Angeles, Potted has become an outdoor-living destination. "We believe outdoor living is as important as indoor living. We are committed to seeking out and designing products that embrace this attitude and bring it home to your garden."
