The new Subleasing License is one of the most significant aspects of the new labor code adopted by the National Assembly of Vietnam, providing for the first time a set of comprehensive guidelines for the provision of outsourcing and temporary staffing in the market. The development of this labor code was supported by ManpowerGroup globally though the provision of labor research, consultation and a European study for the Vietnamese Ministry of Labor to understand how the provision of temporary work and outsourcing has transformed labor markets across Europe.
