NEW YORK, June 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- In a landmark collaboration bringing together two idols of American pop culture, supermodel Marisa Miller is teaming-up with party icon Captain Morgan to serve as the Captain's "Official First Mate" for the world's leading premium spiced rum brand.
In her role as First Mate, the deal will see Miller integrated into several consumer touch points for the Captain Morgan brand, including digital, point of sale, advertising, social responsibility communication and event appearances.

The relationship kicked-off at this year's inaugural Guys Choice Awards where the Captain and his first mate cavorted along the red carpet to the joy of all the attending paparazzi in tow.

Sometimes there needs to be a second in command to keep the party going, and who better than a mate like Marisa Miller," said Captain Morgan.
