Maureen Faul, RN, Appointed Chief Operating Officer of Anesthetix of TeamHealth

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., May 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Anesthetix of TeamHealth (Anesthetix), announced today the appointment of Maureen P. Faul, RN, CMPE, as Chief Operating Officer. She will help lead and manage all aspects of business operations and development for the organization.

Faul comes to Anesthetix from Sheridan Healthcare, Inc., where she served as National Practice Director for the Anesthesia Operations. Prior to that she was Chief Executive Officer of Pulmonary Physicians of South Florida, LLC. In addition, over the past 15 years, Faul served as Vice President for the North Broward Hospital District, Integrated Health Services, Inc., and Coastal Medical Management Services, Inc. She was also the President/Founder of The Resh Group, Inc., a multi-service consulting and advisory service dedicated to taking organizations to the next level of performance.

Faul is currently a member of the Medical Group Management Association and has served on the board of the American Heart Association, Broward County Chapter. She was the recipient of the Honorable Mention for Healthcare Excellence presented by the South Florida Business Journal and the Certificate of National Merit Award which she received from Accounting Today. Faul received a Bachelors of Science degree in nursing from Wheeling Jesuit University in Wheeling, W. Va.
