Maverix Metals Announces Results of Annual General Meeting and Publishes 2020 Asset Handbook

(the "Company" or "Maverix") (NYSE American & TSX: MMX) is pleased to announce the voting results of its Annual General Meeting (the "Meeting") of Shareholders held today, June 30^th, 2020. Maverix shareholders voted in favour of all resolutions presented at the Meeting, including the re-election of the Company's eight director nominees. Shareholders also voted in favour of the re-appointment of KPMG LLP as the auditor of the Company and for the approval of the Company's amended and restated Stock Option and Share Compensation Plan, as well as the Restricted Share Unit Plan.
